Irish Jameson Whiskey 21 year old  Originally one of the six main Dublin Whiskeys, Jameson is now distilled in Cork. In 2013, annual sales topped 4.7 million cases (56.4 million bottles). Jameson is by far the best selling Irish whiskey in the world, as it has been sold internationally since the early 19th century. The United States is the largest market for Jameson Whiskey, with consumption during 2013 up by 12%.

This limited edition 21 Year old expression released in 2021 was initially matured in ex-bourbon. And oloroso sherry seasoned casks at the Midleton Distillery for 18 years boefre being blended. And re–casked into ex-bourbon barrels for an additional three years. These casks were then married with additional pot still whiskeys that had fully matured for over 21 years in first fill oloroso sherry casks and bottled at cask strength.

Jameson 21 Years is a blend of rare pot still and single grain Irish whiskeys that were initially matured in a range of ex-bourbon and oloroso sherry seasoned casks at the Midleton Distillery for 18 years. These whiskeys were then blended and re-casked into freshly emptied ex-bourbon barrels for an additional three years. Finally, these casks were married with additional pot still whiskeys that had fully matured for over 21 years. In first fill oloroso sherry seasoned wine casks. Bottled at cask strength 57.2% ABV, the result is a spicy and full-bodied whiskey. With a rich sherry contribution that brings dried fruit notes and character to the fore.
